V1 deprecation & sunset
The Property Management API v1 is deprecated and will be decommissioned on January 1, 2027. Active feature development has transitioned entirely to v2. While existing v1 integrations will remain supported until the sunset date, no new endpoints, performance improvements, or security extensions will be backported.

Migration roadmap
We strongly encourage all partners and in-house development teams to migrate active integrations to v2 well in advance of the deadline:
- Map legacy endpoints: Review your current v1 calls and locate their modern equivalents in the Property Management v2 reference.
- Adopt CQRS conventions: Separate read workflows into
/query/<domain>and state-changing actions into/command/<domain>. - Migrate authentication: Ensure your integration utilizes modern scoped API keys as outlined in Identity & delegation.
- Test in parallel: Deploy your v2 integration side-by-side with v1 in a staging environment to verify response parity.
