V1 deprecation & sunset

V1 is deprecated

The Property Management API V1 is deprecated and will be disabled on 01.01.2027. No new capabilities are added to V1; existing V1 endpoints keep running until the shutdown date.

Two API versions, two hosts

The Property Management API is available in two versions, each served under its own host:

  • https://api.etg24.de/propertymanagement/v1 — deprecated, disabled on 01.01.2027.
  • https://api.etg24.de/propertymanagement/v2 — the current surface for all integrations.

Migrate to V2 before 01.01.2027

Plan your migration now so your integration is fully on V2 well before the shutdown date. V2 receives new capabilities first and is the surface the MCP tool catalogue is derived from.
