Performance & scale
The etg24 platform runs on one of the largest hyperscaler cloud infrastructures available, with high availability and strong, consistent performance. It is built for the workloads property management actually generates — including the big, spiky ones.
The platform at a glance
- 100k+ users every month — property managers and their teams, using the platform every day.
- 300+ owners’ meetings (Eigentümerversammlungen) every week — real portfolios, real proceedings.
- 50k+ PDF pages processed every day — ingestion and extraction at scale.
- 3M+ API requests every day — through REST, MCP and webhook traffic.
- Fulltext, semantic or hybrid search across 10k documents in under a second — answers, not waiting.
- Fully elastic, cloud-native infrastructure — scales with your workloads instead of ahead of them.
Built for high-volume workloads
Realistic etg24 workloads include onboarding an entire company in one go: bulk-uploading on the order of 10,000 documents within an hour, importing complete object, unit and contact portfolios, and running continuous syncs. The platform is designed for that scale, not just for demo traffic.
Designing for the platform
- Batch sensibly — bulk endpoints and paginated lists are your friends; avoid one-request-per-row patterns for large imports.
- Keep retries safe — queries are idempotent; commands are explicit. See CQRS.
- Read Rate limits for how the platform behaves under load and what to expect.
Large workloads? Talk to us first
We deliberately do not publish “no rate limits”. The platform handles large workloads well — but if you plan a bulk migration or a high-volume automation, contact us first. We will confirm the workload is safe to run at the scale you have in mind.
