Structured onboarding for partners

Vendors and software partners do not use self-registration. Partner integrations involve a dedicated setup to configure organization-level scopes and credentials — contact us directly to begin.

The onboarding process

Integrating with etg24 follows a fast, structured path:

  1. Initial contact — tell us about your product, your tech stack, and the workflows you wish to connect.
  2. Technical alignment — we determine scope, capabilities, and the appropriate integration model together.
  3. Integration & testing — you implement against the API; we set up your partner integration profile, capability scopes, and testing credentials.
  4. Directory listing — upon joint verification, your product appears in the etg24 integration directory so property managers can discover and activate it directly.

Preparing for onboarding

To help us get your integration moving quickly, prepare the following details before reaching out:

  • Product overview — core purpose, target audience, and primary value proposition.
  • Workflow description — which specific customer workflows your integration touches in property management.
  • Required endpoints & events — review the REST API reference and webhook events to identify required capabilities.
  • Authentication architecture — how your application authenticates users and services (e.g. OAuth, API keys, bearer tokens).
  • Projected volume — expected numbers of connected properties, API calls, and event subscriptions.

Integration models

There is no one-size-fits-all model. We establish the setup that fits your product: single-customer connections, multi-tenant partner access with central credentials, or deep platform-level integrations. Production integration

Once onboarded, your integration interacts with dedicated, capability-gated endpoints. Consult the Property Management v2 reference for detailed schemas and status codes.
